【摘要】 目的:了解ICU护理人员对患者床头抬高30°的执行情况及影响因素。方法:连续12周对3个班次3个不同时间点床头抬高率进行调查。结果:早班、中班、晚班ICU护理人员对患者床头抬高30°执行率分别为58.8%、60.3%、51.8%,其中护士为34.2%,护师为66.4%。结论:ICU护理人员对患者床头抬高30°执行率较低,尤以护士明显,主要原因是护理人员缺乏足够责任心及对抬高患者床头30°的必要性认识不到位。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand executive condition of elevation of bedside up to 30° by ICU nursing staff and analyze its influence factors. Methods: The rate of elevation of bedside up to 30° was investigated with three shifts in three different time within12 consecutive weeks. Results: The execution rates of elevation of bedside up to 30° by morning,middle and evening shifts were58. 8%,60. 3%,and 51. 8%,respectively; of them,the nurse was 34. 2%,and Senior nurse was 66. 4%. Conclusions: The execution rates of elevation of bedside up to 30° by ICU staff is low,especially the nurse.
