【摘要】 目的:了解广州市属医疗机构医护人员手卫生达标现状。方法:对广州市属60家省级、市级和厂企医疗机构的医务人员,在诊疗活动或者其他无菌操作前,进行现场随机采样,用浸有无菌洗脱液的灭菌棉签在医护人员的双手手掌和手指擦拭两次,把采集的样品进行微生物培养和致病菌的鉴定。结果:2005年总合格率为95.7%,省级、市级和厂企合格率分别为96.8%、94.2%和96.3%;2008年分别为81.4%、80.0%、83.9%及80.2%;经统计学分析有差异性。2008年使用二次供水洗手的医护人员总合格率是79.8%,直供水洗手的合格率是87.4%;护士手卫生合格率为84.5%、医生手卫生合格率73.5%,两者合格率有统计学差异。市属医疗机构二次供水合格率39.6%。结论:与2005年相比较,2008年广州市属医疗机构医护人员手卫生合格率呈下降趋势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand hand hygiene reaching standard situations of medical staffs in Guangzhou municipal medical organizations. Methods: Before diagnosis and treatment activities or other aseptic processing,samples were randomly taken from Guangzhou’s 60 provincial,municipal and enterprise medical organizations. The palms of two hands and fingers of the medical staffs were scrubbed with sterilized cotton dipped with sterile eluent twice. The collected samples were used for microbial cultivation and identification of pathogenic bacteria. Results: The total qualified rate and he qualified rates of the provincial,municipal and enterprise medical organizations in 2005 were 95,7%,96. 8%,94. 2% and 96. 3%,respectively; while those in 2008 were 81. 4%,80. 0%,83. 9% and 80. 2%,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant. In 2008,the qualified rates of the medical staffs using secondary water supply and direct water supply were 79. 8% and 87. 4%,respectively. The qualified rates of the nurses and doctors were 84. 5% and 73. 5%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant. The qualified rate of the secondary water supply in the municipal medical organizations was 39. 6%. Conclusions: Compared to those of 2005,the qualified rate of hand hygiene of the medical staffs in Guangzhou municipal medical organizations shows a drown trend.更多还原
