【摘要】 目的:观察化疗护理流程在肿瘤科患者化疗中的应用效果。方法:取择期化疗患者140例随机分为常规组和流程组,每组各70例。常规组患者给予常规护理,流程组患者给予化疗护理流程管理。对比两组患者并发症的发生情况与患者满意率。结果:流程组患者恶心呕吐发生率2.86%、并发症合计例次率5.71%,分别低于常规组的12.86%和27.14%,常规组患者对化疗护理满意率85.71%(60/70),低于流程组的97.14%(69/70),差异的具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疔护理流程在肿瘤科患者化疗中的应用效果优于常规护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe application effects of chemotherapy nursing process in chemotherapy of patients of department of oncology. Methods: 140 patients with elective chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into routine group( n = 70)and process group( n = 70). The routine group was give routine nursing care,while the process group was given the nursing process management of chemotherapy. The complication situations and patient satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared. Results: The incidence rate of vomiting and the total rate of complications of process group(2. 86% and 5. 71%) were lower than those of routine group(12. 86% and 27. 14%); however,the satisfaction rate of routine group( 85. 71%,60 /70) was lower than that of process group(97. 14%,69 /70),and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).
