【摘要】 目的调查研究高血压患者焦虑症的影响因素,探究对其优质护理的有效措施。方法纳入该院2012年2月—2014年2月312例高血压患者,对其进行Zung评分,以评分结果为依据,将患者分为伴焦虑组和高血压组,对二组患者入院资料进行全面对比,分析高血压患者伴焦虑的影响因素,并针对这些因素提出优质护理措施。结果 312例患者中伴有焦虑的患者共215例,占总患者数的68.9%。其中轻度焦虑(50~59分)124例,占伴焦虑组的57.7%;中度焦虑(60~69分)75例,占伴焦虑组的34.9%;重度焦虑(70分以上)16例,占伴焦虑组的7.4%。而没有伴随焦虑的患者即高血压组97例,占总患者数的31.1%。高血压患者伴焦虑的影响因素有吸烟史(OR=1.599,P=0.045<0.05)、性别(OR=1.112,P=0.0045<0.01)、收入水平(OR=1.121,P=0.0064<0.01)、体质指数(OR=8.241,P=0.038<0.05)、高血压病程(OR=6.485,P=0.016<0.05)、生活自理能力(OR=5.168,P=0.0021<0.01)、总胆固醇(OR=0.057,P=0.0039<0.01)、低密度脂蛋白(OR=13.351,P=0.029<0.05)。将这些因素纳入回归方程检验,均符合统计要求,表明在本研究中是高血压患者伴焦虑的危险因素。结论吸烟史、性别、收入水平、体质指数、高血压病程、生活自理能力、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白都是其高血压患者伴焦虑的影响因素,优质护理的开展对高血压患者具有重要的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence factors of hypertensive patients with anxiety disorders,and to explore effective measures for its high quality nursing care.Methods From February 2012 to February 2014 in author’s hospital,the Zung score was made among 312 cases of hypertension patients.The patients were divided into hypertension with anxiety group and only hypertension group by the score,then conducted a comprehensive comparison of two groups of patients with hospital admission data,analyzed the influence factors of anxiety in patients with hypertension,and presented high quality nursing measures based on diagnosis of these factors.Results In312 patients with anxiety in patients with a total of 215 cases,accounting for 68.9% of the total number of patients.The mild anxiety(50~59)in124 patients with anxiety group,accounted for 57.7%;moderate anxiety(60~69)in 75 patients with anxiety group,accounted for 34.9%;severe anxiety(70 points)16 cases,accounting for 7.4% of patients with anxiety group.While not accompanied by anxiety of patients in hypertension group,97 cases,accounting for31.1% of the total number of patients.Influence factors of anxiety in patients with hypertension had smoking history(OR=1.599,P=0.045),gender(OR=1.112,P=0.0045),income level(OR=1.121,P=0.0064),body mass index(OR=8.241,P=0.038),duration of hypertension(OR=6.485,P=0.016),ability of daily life(OR=5.168,P=0.0021),total cholesterol(OR=0.057,P=0.0039),low density lipoprotein(OR=13.351,P=0.029).Taken these factors into the regression equation test,are in line with the statistical requirements,showed in this study were the risk factors of anxiety in patients with hypertension.Conclusions Smoking history,gender,income,body mass index,course of hypertension,self-care ability,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein are effect factors of anxiety and its application in patients with hypertension,high quality care has important clinical significance in patients with hypertension.更多还原
