投射式汽车前照灯透镜参数设计研究

【摘要】 基于非球面设计原理,应用Lucid Shape软件,建立投射式前照灯实体模型,透镜选取不同的直径和焦距获得对应光型,分析透镜直径和焦距对光型的影响,通过比较光型及各个测试点照度,获得特定直径下的适用于近光灯的透镜焦距范围。仿真结果表明,随着透镜直径的增大,光能利用率逐渐升高,当透镜焦距增大时,光型的水平扩展度和纵向扩展度随之减小,在透镜直径为70mm的情况下,适用于近光灯的透镜焦距范围为45mm~50mm。

【Abstract】 Based on the principle of aspheric design,a projector system model of automotive headlamp was established by Lucid Shape. The corresponding light distribution was studied when diameter and focal length of lens were changed appropriately. Finally,applied to focal range of low beam was obtained by comparing light distribution and illuminance of each test point under the given diameter. The simulation result shows that the utility rate of luminous energy gradually is increased with the increase of the diameter of the lens,expansion of horizontal and vertical are decreased when focal length of lens is increased. Applied to focal range of low beam is 45 mm ~ 50 mm when diameter of aspheric lens is 70 mm.
