家用管道余压回收发电装置设计

【摘要】 本文介绍一种家用管道余压能回收发电装置的设计方案,并进行了实验室运行模拟实验。本装置利用供水管道的富余压能,驱动与轴流式叶轮同轴的发电装置转子转动,使转子上均布的磁片做切割定子中嵌有的阵列线圈运动,实现了电能输出及管网的余压能收集。本装置结构简单,运动部件封装于管路中,磁场的变化通过装置外壳被定子的阵列线圈感应,解决水利发电装置的轴密封问题,从而实现余压能的高效收集。

【Abstract】 Design of the domestic water pipe remaining pressure recovery generation unit is introduced,and simulation experiments in the laboratory is made. The unit utilizes remaining pressure of water supply pipe,and drives the generator rotor turning which has the same shaft with axial- flow impeller. The magnetic pieces on the rotor moves roundly the uniform array coils that are embedded in the stator. The power output is realized and water pipe network remaining pressure is collected. This unit is simple in structure,moving parts packaged in pipeline,Changes in magnetic field is inducted by using the array coils in the shell of stator,the hydropower unit shaft seal problem is solved,remaining pressure energy is efficiently collected.
