柑橘精油提取工艺的对比研究

【摘要】 采用水提法和加盐水蒸气蒸馏法从柑橘果皮中提取精油。通过单因素试验确定了水蒸气蒸馏法最佳提取条件:提取时间2.0 h、料液比1∶16(g/m L),提取率最高达1.969%。加盐水蒸汽蒸馏法在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验法对柑橘果皮中精油的提取进行了研究,结果表明:加盐后最佳工艺条件为Na Cl含量0.3 g,提取时间2.5 h,料液比1∶16(g/m L),提取率最高达3.838%。通过如上对比,建议工业上采用加盐水蒸气蒸馏法从柑橘果皮中提取精油。

【Abstract】 Essential oils were extracted by water distillation and salt- adding steam distillation method respectively in the paper. The single factor experiment showed that,by water distillation,the optimal extraction conditions of essential oil of citrus peel were extraction time of 2. 0 h,solid to liquid ratio 1∶ 16( g / ml),with the most extraction yield 1. 969%. Based on the above experiment,the extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiments and salt- adding steam distillation method. Experimental results showed that the optimal extraction conditions of citrus essential oil were as follows: the content of Na Cl 0. 3 g,extraction time of 2. 5 h,and solid to liquid ratio 1∶ 16( g / ml)with the most extraction yield 3. 838%. Contrast to the above,salt- adding steam distillation method shall be recommended for extract essential oils from citrus peel applied in industry.
