【摘要】 原发性肝癌是指由肝细胞或肝内胆管上皮细胞发生的恶性肿瘤;其中以肝细胞癌为主,约占91.5%,其术后高复发率一直受到世界范围内的广泛关注。影响肝癌复发预后的因素众多,目前尚未对其预后建立科学的评价体系。本文就患者自身因素、肝癌的病理学特性、外科手术方面和术后辅助治疗的有无与其预后转归的关系进行综述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Primary liver cancer(PLC) is a malignant tumor originated in the liver cells or intrahepatic biliary epithelial cells. Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) accounted for about 91.5% of PLC, and the high postoperative recurrence rate of it has been attracted extensive attention. Many factors affect the prognosis of HCC, but there is not a scientific system that has been established. In this paper, the patient’s own factors, the pathological features, surgery and postoperative adjuvant treatment were concerned to associated the prognosis of HCC.更多还原
