MRI在放射治疗中的应用进展
Advancement of magnetic resonance imaging in radiation therapy
【摘要】 MRI在肿瘤的诊断、治疗过程发挥着极为重要的作用。放射治疗作为肿瘤治疗的重要手段,目前多种放射治疗技术基本上均依赖于先进的影像技术包括MRI。MRI技术几乎可整合到肿瘤放射治疗流程中的各个环节:治疗前中后的诊断分期、治疗选择、预测预后,本文综述基于MRI模拟定位、照射剂量计算和肿瘤/正常组织的动态监测与校正,MRI相关软件与直线加速器整合成全新的放疗设备用于精确施照。
【Abstract】 Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) plays a pivotal role in the course of cancer diagnosis and treatment. As an important anti-cancer modality, nowadays, various radiation techniques almost rely on the advanced imaging techniques including MRI. MRI has been integrated all the workflows of radiation treatment. They included cancer staging, treatment decision, the evaluation of prognosis and prediction. In this literature review, we mainly discussed the simulation, dose calculation, the monitoring and correction of tumor or organ motion that were based on MRI techniques. The latest research and development of MRI-related software and hardware as the novel radiation devices were also referred in this review.
