不同狭窄率的颈动脉内血流动力学数值模拟

【摘要】 目的通过研究颈动脉的狭窄病变对血流分布特性的影响,探讨颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的形成机制。方法采用Pro/Engineer建立6种狭窄率不同的颈动脉模型,应用ANSYS-CFX软件分别对6种颈动脉模型进行血流动力学数值模拟。结果与狭窄率为0.05、0.1、0.2、0.3及0.4的颈动脉内血流动力学特征参数分布相比,狭窄率为0.5的颈动脉狭窄部位附近存在面积较大的血流停滞区、低壁面压力及低壁面切应力分布区,为粥样硬化斑块的形成提供有利条件。结论狭窄率越大对颈动脉内血流动力学分布的影响越显著,粥样硬化斑块发生率明显增加,为颈动脉内支架介入治疗提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the stenosis of carotid artery affecting the distribution of hemodynamic parameters,and provide a certain theoretical basis for the atherosclerotic plaque formation mechanism in carotid artery. Methods Six different size stenoses of carotid artery models had established by Pro / Engineer. Hemodynamic simulation was performed for the six models by ANSYS-CFX. Results Compared with the distribution of hemodynamic parameters in the 0. 05,0. 1,0. 2,0. 3 and 0. 4 size stenosis of carotid artery,the 0. 5 size stenosis of carotid artery caused larger blood stagnation,larger area of low wall pressure and low wall shear stress distributions area. And it provided favorable conditions for the formation of atherosclerotic plaque. Conclusions The larger size stenosis of carotid artery plays a greater role on the formation of atherosclerotic plaque,increases the possibility of atherosclerotic plaque obviously and provides a certain theoretical basis of stent intervention in carotid artery.
