辽南地方民居热状况及节能措施分析——以大连金州青石民居为例
Analysis on Thermal Condition and Energy Saving Measures of Rural Buildings in South of Liaoning Province—A Case of Bluestone Houses in Jinzhou, Dalian
【摘要】 通过对辽南农村地区普遍使用的青石民居进行现场实测与调查研究,分析青石民居围护结构的热工性能、室内热环境及节能降耗措施。结果表明,由青石材料构成的围护结构热惰性指标较高、水蒸气渗透强度较低,使青石民居室内温度变异系数较低,热稳定性、防潮性能良好;当地民居通过使用缓冲空间保温等适用寒冷地区农村住宅的节能技术,提高了室内热环境的舒适程度和节能率;为使青石民居围护结构的保温性能达到节能标准的要求,提出经济实用的围护结构构造措施。
【Abstract】 Makes a survey and measurement to study indoor thermal environment, building envelope thermal performance and energy saving measures in Bluestone Houses which are widely used in Southern rural areas of Liaoning Province. The results show that Bluestone Houses own a lower temperature variation coefficient and their thermal stability and Moisture-proof performance are better due to the relatively higher thermal inertia and lower water vapor permeability intensity. In terms of measures to improve comfortableness of indoor thermal environment and energy saving rate, buffer space is employed in rural residential of cold region. Last reasonable measures are put forward to improve thermal insulation performance to meet the demands of energy efficient standard.
