工业循环冷却水变频恒压供水系统水泵并联运行策略研究

【摘要】 通过水泵的运行特性分析,建立单泵变频调速运行和多泵同类型变频调速运行时的能耗数学计算模型。以某一工业循环冷却水变频恒压供水系统为例,对目前常见的两台水泵并联运行策略进行理论分析计算,提出水泵并联优化运行策略,以供类似工程参考。

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of operation condition of pumps, the mathematical calculating models of energy consumption of single pump and pumps in Variable-frequency operation were established. Taking a industrial circulating cooling water supplying system with Variable frequency and Constan pressure as example, the operation strategy of pumps in parallel was put forward by theoretical analysis and calculation, which will provide reference to the similar projects.
