【摘要】 目的总结生酮饮食种类及其在肿瘤治疗中的研究进展,归纳其抗肿瘤作用机制及临床应用前景。方法以"生酮饮食、肿瘤"作为关键词检索pubmed数据库获得相关文献。结果肿瘤细胞比正常细胞更加依赖葡萄糖的供给,生酮饮食限制碳水化合物的摄入,抑制肿瘤相关信号通路的传导,发挥抗肿瘤作用。结论生酮饮食单用或联合放化疗可以抑制动物模型的肿瘤生长,但临床应用尚需大规模前瞻性临床试验的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the various types of ketogenic diet and its research progress in cancer treatment. Methods Related articles were retrieved by searching the pubmed database with the key words "ketogenic diet" and "cancer". Results The malignant transformed cells were more dependent on glucose supply than their normal counterparts. Ketogenic diet, low in carbohydrate, exerts anti-neoplastic character by inhibiting the tumor-related signal transduction. Conclusions Ketogenic diet, alone or combined with chemo-radio-therapy could hammer tumor growth in rodents, whereas its clinical application warrants large-scale prospective clinical trials.更多还原
