基于MC-ICP-MS的地下水中稳定铬同位素测试技术
Analytical methods for stable Cr isotopes of groundwater based on MC-ICP-MS
【摘要】 多接收杯电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(MC-ICP-MS)因操作简单、Cr用量少和省时等特点,已成为测定铬同位素组成的一种发展趋势。通过对水样中Cr的回收率、干扰离子的去除、进样方式的研究,建立了基于MC-ICP-MS的水环境中铬同位素的测试方法。进而通过测定标准物质SRM 979的铬同位素组成,验证了该分析技术的可靠性和准确性。结果表明,21组SRM979的53 Cr/52 Cr加权平均值为0.113 41±0.000 02(53 Cr/52 Cr推荐值为0.113 39±0.000 15),精度为±0.17‰(2σ,95%置信度),达到国际水平。
【Abstract】 It has been a trend that high-resolution multiple collector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(MC-ICP-MS)is widely used in analyzing Cr stable isotope due to its simple operation,lower dosage and time saving.The MC-ICP-MS method was developed to determine the isotopic composition of Cr in water by investigating the recovery of Cr in samples,the removal of interference ions and the injection method of samples.Furthermore,the reliability and accuracy of this method were verified by measuring the chromium isotopic composition of standard material SRM 979.The weighted average of 21 SRM 979samples was0.113 41±0.000 02(the certificated value was 0.113 39±0.000 15),and the uncertainty of the isotope measurements was±0.17‰(2SD,95% confidence level),which reached international standards.
