【摘要】 目的建立硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊的微生物限度检查方法。方法采用薄膜过滤法加中和剂对硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊进行微生物限度检查法的研究。结果硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊微生物限度细菌、霉菌和酵母菌及控制菌(金黄色葡萄球菌,铜绿假单胞菌和白念珠菌)检查可采用薄膜过滤法加中和剂(500m L/膜)。结论 该法可用于硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊的微生物限度检查。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a microbiological test method for nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules. Methods Microbial limit test for nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules are researched by using membrane-fi lter method with neutralizing agent. Results Membrane-fi lter method and neutralizing agent(500m L per membrane) could be used for the microbial limit detection of bacterial, fungus and yeast fungus, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans. Conclusion The method can be used for microbial limit test for nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsules.更多还原
