【Abstract】 The biggest problem the university archives management personnel are faced with at present is how to do their career planning well,give full play to their potential,increase their sense of satisfaction and happiness in their jobs,and effectively solve the problem of occupation burnout.Taking Henan University as an example,through questionnaires,this paper surveys the current situation of career planning of university archives management personnel at present,analyzes the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions for their career planning.更多还原
