O-MAX6i医用6 MeV加速管栅控电子枪的研制
Design of a Gridded Electron Gun for O-MAX6i 6 MeV Medical Accelerating Tube
【摘要】 本文描述了医用6 MeV电子加速器的栅控电子枪,给出了电子枪的设计和计算,介绍了电子枪结构、阴极组件制备工艺和电子枪的装配工艺。对该栅控电子枪的测试表明:当阳极电压为28 kV,栅极偏压为60 V时,电子枪束流为500 mA。该栅控电子枪已成功应用在O-MX6i型6 MeV医用电子直线加速器上,通过调节栅极-阴极间的直流偏压,实现加速器束流流强的调节,使加速器的剂量率的调节更加稳定、方便。
【Abstract】 A gridded electron gun for 6 MeV accelerating tube of medical linear accelerator is designed.Design scheme includes electron gun design,cathode unit design,grid design,assembling design,test and applications,etc.The electron gun has been applied in 6 MeV accelerating tube of medical linear accelerator and the pulse voltage is up to 35 kV.The beam current of the tube is adjustable,which makes the adjustment of the dose rate more stable and more convenient.
