回旋振荡管电子枪组件热分析
Thermal Analysis of Electron Gun Assembly for Gyrotron
【摘要】 通过热力学有限元分析软件ANSYS建立电子枪有限元模型,并对模型进行了热分析和形变分析。为了让阴极发射带的温度更加的均匀,优化设计了阴极加热灯丝的位置。在热分析的基础上进行热形变分析,并利用MAGIC软件模拟了电子枪热形变后发射电子注的情况。
【Abstract】 Using the thermodynamics software ANSYS,a one-third finite element model of the electron gun was built and thermal analysis and deformation analysis on the model were completed.In order to make the temperature of the cathode emission area more uniform,the position of the filament was optimizing designed.Heat deformation analysis was carried out on the basis of the thermal analysis.With the MAGIC code,the electron beam parameters were also simulated in thermal deformation condition.
