【摘要】 目的通过对受血者与献血者Rh表型分布的多态性调查,探讨Rh表型检测在临床输血中的意义。方法取4210例受血者和3 499例献血者血液样本,以微柱凝胶法检测每例样本的ABO血型和Rh表型,对各Rh表型进行统计分析,观察CcEe抗原间的不配合概率。结果在受血者与献血者人群中Rh表型分布规律为CCDee>CcDEe>CcDee>ccDEE>ccDEe>CCDEe>ccDee>CcDEE>CCDEE,不同Rh表型频率的差异有统计学意义。CcEe抗原间随机输注的不配合概率为0.5370。结论了解受血者与献血者Rh表型的多态性,对保障输血安全尤其是对依赖长期输血治疗的受血者具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the polymorphism distribution of Rh phenotypes in blood recipients and donors,and its clinical significance.Methods The ABO and Rh phenotypes were detected by micro-column gel assay in4210 blood recipients and 3499 donors.The difference between Rh phenotypes was statistically analyzed,and the mismatch possibility between CcEe antigens was observed.Results The Rh phenotypes distribution was:CCDee>CcDEe>CcDee>ccDEE>ccDEe>CCDEe>ccDee>CcDEE>CCDEE in blood recipients and donors.There was a statistically difference between Rh phenotypes.The mismatch possibility of CcEe antigens was 0.5370 if patients were transfused by random bloods.Conclusion It is important to analyze the polymorphism of Rh phenotypes for the safety of blood transfusion,especially for patients who need long-term transfusion.更多还原
