对持续运动和间歇运动底物代谢与能量消耗的研究
Research on Substrate Metabolism and Energy Expenditure in Continious and Interval Exercises
【摘要】 目的:研究普通大学生进行持续运动和间歇运动,在整个过程中底物代谢与能量消耗特征,为制定运动健身方案提供参考依据。方法:有规律锻炼的大学生8名进行以下三种活动:1以50%VO2max的运动强度持续跑30min恢复30min。2以75%VO2max跑4min间歇恢复2min连续进行5组,恢复30min。3100%VO2max跑3min间歇恢复3min连续进行5组,恢复30min。通过气体分析仪分析运动中以及运动后的底物代谢和能量消耗特征。结果:1运动中各个阶段50%VO2max的脂肪氧化量和脂肪氧化百分比显著高于75%VO2max,而糖的氧化量和糖的氧化强度、总的能量消耗低于75%VO2max且两者之间存在一定的差异。50%VO2max与100%VO2max、75%VO2max与100%VO2max之间的对比出现相似的变化趋势。但随着运动时间的延长50%VO2max与75%VO2max的差异性逐渐消失。2运动后30min的恢复阶段,50%VO2max的脂肪氧化量和脂肪氧化百分比高于75%VO2max,而糖的氧化量和糖的氧化强度、总的能量消耗的结果正好相反,两者之间不存在显著差异。50%VO2max与100%VO2max、75%VO2max与100%VO2max之间的对比出现相似的变化趋势,并且存在一定的差异性。3整个过程中的变化特征与运动中的底物代谢与能量消耗的特征表现一致。结论:运动中随着运动强度的增加脂肪的氧化量和氧化供能比例逐渐降低,糖的氧化量和氧化供能比、总的能量消耗逐渐升高,运动后恢复过程出现相反的现象。
【Abstract】 Objective:To research on substrate metabolism and energy expenditure of normal weight college students in the process of continues and interval exercise,laid the foundation for establishment of sports fitness plan.Methods:Eight normal weight college students were recruited from campus for this research.1Respectively exercise at the intensity of 50%VO2max,a single bout of 30-min running and 30-min rest;2Respectively exercise at the intensity of 75%VO2max,five bouts of 4-min running separated by a 2-min rest between running bouts,after that rest for30minutes;3Respectively exercise at the intensity of 100%VO2max,five bouts of 3-min running separated by a 3-min rest between running bouts,after that rest for 30 minutes.During the exercise and rest,the respirator was collested in order to anlyze and ascertain in the substrate metabolism and energy expenditure.Results:1During exercise,the fat-oxidation and contribution of fat in 50%VO2max are significant higer than 75%VO2max,CHO-oxidation and contribution of CHO,total energy expenditure are significant less than 75%VO2max.50%VO2max and100%VO2max,75%VO2max and 100%VO2max were appeared similar trends.With time going on,the difference between 50%VO2max and 75%VO2max were disappeared.2In the recover phase,the fat-oxidation and contribution of fat in 50%VO2max are higher than 75%VO2max,CHO-oxidation and contribution of CHO,total energy expenditure are contary with that,there are no difference between them.50%VO2max and 100%VO2max,75%VO2max and 100%VO2max were appeared similar trends.There are some differences between them.3The substrate metabolism and energy expenditure of whole exercise are similar with the process of exercise.Conclusion:During exercise,with the intensity increasing,the fat-oxidation and contribution of fat were discreased,CHO-oxidation and contribution of CHO,total energy expenditure are increased.During the recover phase,the outcome are contrary.
