【摘要】 我国民办高职院校在校企合作方面进行了多种形式的实践,取得了令人鼓舞的成就,但至今为止没有相关的"校企合作促进法",不利于校企合作的深入推进。因此,制定一部符合我国国情的"校企合作促进法",对加速我国民办高等职业教育的校企合作具有积极意义。该法应采用法律形式,规定国家设立中介机构来调控与管理校企合作,运用国家行政手段管理校企合作事务;政府应大力出资支持民办高职院校的校企合作,以加快各地特别是经济欠发达地区民办高职院校校企合作的步伐;应采用多样化的校企合作形式,推进各地民办高职院校因地制宜地开展校企合作;应规范参加校企合作各方的责权利,尽可能做到多方利益均衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-governmental vocational colleges have conducted various practices and explorations in college-enterprise cooperation,and have made encouraging achievements. However,due to the absence of "College-enterprise Cooperation Promotion Law",it lacks of legal support for further promoting the cooperation. The legislation of a scientific"College-enterprise Cooperation Promotion Law"which is also in line with China’s national situation has a positive role in accelerating the cooperation of nongovernmental vocational colleges and enterprises. The law requires the state to establish an agency to regulate the establishment and management of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises,the government to provide strong financial support for the cooperation,and adopt diversified cooperation modes,regulate the responsibility,right,and benefit of participants,so as to further promote the sustainable development of college-enterprise cooperation.更多还原
