【Abstract】 The combat effectiveness of the community-level league organization comes from the abilities of servicing the overall situation of Party-Government and the youth.Promoting the community-level service-oriented league organization construction is an inheritance and transcendence to the fine tradition of the Communist Youth League.Only the league organization which has three basic abilities of servicing Party-Government,the youth and social public affairs,and is identified by Party-Government leaders and the youth,can be called service-oriented league organization.The basic requirements of building community-level service-oriented league organization include realizing full connection of the league work and the center work of Party,plans of national economic and social development,and proper reasonable demands of the youth.The basic thinking of building community-level service-oriented league organization includes studying the needs of Party-Government and the youth deeply,developing service projects elaborately,integrating social resources actively,strengthening service brand strenuously,and advancing the construction of platform in a down-to-earth way.Also it needs to start the work from the actual different areas,different industries and different fronts,break through from a single point and promote it comprehensively.更多还原
