无柄小叶榕耐寒性研究
Determination of Cold Resistance of Ficus concinna var. subsessilis by REC with Logistic Equation
【摘要】 采用人工模拟低温处理技术测定无柄小叶榕离体叶片在不同低温梯度胁迫下电解质渗出率的变化,并利用Logistic方程拟合其电解质渗出率的曲线,计算半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明:在低温胁迫处理过程中,随着温度的降低,电解质渗出率与处理温度呈负相关;电解质渗出率整体变化呈典型的"S"形单峰曲线;经显著性检验相关系数均在0.91以上,符合Logistic方程;通过方程拐点确定无柄小叶榕半致死温度为-3.95℃。
【Abstract】 Electrolyte leakage in leaves of Ficus concinna var. subsessilis were determined under simulated low temperature and Logistic equation was fitted with curves of electrolyte leakage for calculating semi-lethal temperature(LT50). The results showed that electrolyte leakage rate had negative relation with decrease of temperature and the curve showed a typical"S"shape. Correlation coefficient was above 0.91 after test of significance, which met with logistic equation. LT50 of F. concinna var. subsessilis was-3.95℃.
