【摘要】 目的:总结和分析针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱的腧穴运用规律,为针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱临床选穴方案的制定提供理论依据。方法:检索1994年~2014年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中所有针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱的文献,统计分析其腧穴应用规律。结果:纳入分析的文献共44篇,统计得出使用频数最多的腧穴为足三里、上巨虚、天枢、三阴交、内关等,在所选用经脉中以胃经、脾经、任脉为主,下合穴、合穴、八会穴为使用频数最多的特定穴。结论:针灸治疗胃肠功能紊乱安全、有效,以胃经、脾经、任脉的腧穴为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize and analyze the acupoint rules of gastrointestinal dysfunction and provide the theoretical foundation for selection program of treating gastrointestinal dysfunction with acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: Retrieve the articles( from 1994 to 2014) of gastrointestinal dysfunction treated by acupuncture and moxibustion from China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI). The acupoints used in the articles were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: Altogether 44 articles were included in analysis,and the most frequently used points were Zusanli( ST 36),Shangjuxu( ST 37),Thianshu( ST 25),Sanyinjiao( SP 6),Neiguan( PC 6) and so on. Selected meridians in the stomach meridian,spleen meridian and Ren meridian were given priority to. Xiahe point,He point and Bahui point were the most frequently used specific acupoints. Conclusion: Treating gastrointestinal dysfunction with acupuncture and moxibustion is safe and effective,and the acupoints are mainly located in stomach meridian,spleen meridian and Ren meridian.更多还原
