【摘要】 目的:通过观察温阳通脉针法治疗改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓心脾两虚证的临床疗效,探讨温阳通脉针法治疗改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓的机理。方法:对61例改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓心脾两虚证的病例进行研究,随机分为实验组(温阳通脉针法结合静脉泵入葡萄糖+异丙肾上腺素)、治疗组(静脉泵入葡萄糖+异丙肾上腺素),两组均治疗10天,观察两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率87.1%、无效率12.9%;对照组有效率56.7%、无效率43.3%。两组有效率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:温阳通脉针法治疗改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓心脾两虚证疗效较好,通过脏腑功能的改善,可促进改良迷宫术后窦性心动过缓的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects on sinus brachycardia with heart- spleen deficiency after modified maze procedure by Wenyang Tongmai acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods: 61 patients diagnosed as sinus brachycardia with heart- spleen deficiency after modified maze procedure were divided into two groups at random. One group was treated and equipped by temporary pacemaker,Wenyang Tongmai acupuncture and moxibustion and glucose isoprel injection infused by syringe pump( Treatment group),and the other group was treated and equipped by temporary pacemaker and glucose isoprel injection infused by syringe pump( Control group). The therapeutic course was ten days for both groups. Observe two groups to reveal the clinical efficacy.Results: Treatment group: The effective rate was 87. 1% and the invalid rate was 12. 9%. The control group:The effective rate was 56. 7% and the invalid rate was 43. 3%. There was s significant difference between two groups according to the effective rates( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Wenyang Tongmai acupuncture and moxibustion have more significant and long- term effects on sinas bradycardia with heart- spleen deficiency,and are worth extending in clinic.更多还原
