【摘要】 目的:观察不同治疗周期穴位埋线对治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效的影响,分析穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的最佳治疗周期,以更好的指导临床应用。方法:将90例患者随机分为甲、乙、丙3组,每组30例,治疗周期分别为7天、14天、28天,采用注线法,将4/0铬制羊肠线注入既定穴位,28天为一疗程,治疗两个疗程。通过自身前后对照及组间相互对照,观察比较各组治疗前后体重、体重指数、三围、腰髋比(WHR)、症状体征变化情况及不良反应出现情况。结果:两个疗程后,甲组有效率92.8%与乙组有效率89.3%比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),甲、乙两组有效率均高于丙组有效率42.9%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);乙、丙两组间不良反应出现率无显著性差异(P>0.05),甲、乙两组及甲、丙两组间有显著性差异(P<0.05),乙(3.6%)、丙(0%)两组不良反应较甲组(35.7%)出现率低。结论:应用4/0铬制羊肠线进行穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症,14天为最合理的治疗周期,可以在保证较好疗效的前提下,降低不良反应出现率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of different treatment cycles of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on simple obesity and to explore the optimum treatment cycle,in order to provide efficacy analysis basis for the clinical treatment. Methods: 90 patients with simple obesity who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups. 30 patients in group A received the treatment every week. 30 patients in group B received the treatment every fourteen days. 30 patients in group C received the treatment every twenty- eight days. 4 /0chromic catgut was injected into the acupoints by catgut embedding needles. Twenty- eight days was a course of treatment,and the observation lasted two courses of the treatment. After that,through the method of before-after self control study and comparison between groups,observe the changes before and after the treatment according to some aspects,such as weight,BMI,waist circumference,hip circumference,chest circumference and adverse reaction and evaluate the effect of different treatment cycles of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on simple obesity. Results: After two courses of treatment,the clinically curable effects of group A( 92. 8%)and group B( 89. 3%) were much better than that in group C( 42. 9%). The adverse reaction rates of group B( 3. 6%) and group C( 0%) were lower than that in group A( 35. 7%),Comparison among them had a significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The optimum treatment cycle of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on simple obesity by using 4 /0 chromic catgut is 14 days. Receiving the treatment every 14 days can have the best clinically curable effects as well as the least reverse reactions.更多还原
