【Abstract】 Yu Yi,Li Jilin,Hong Zongli,educators born with the origin of Zhenjiang,were the banner of contemporary Chinese basic education reform. Their educational teaching ideas and practice affected several generations of Chinese language teachers. On April 28,2015,Yu Yi,Li Jilin,Hong Zongli education practice and educators’ growth forum was held in Zhenjiang. Yu Yi,Hong Zongli and Ye Shuitao,president of the Education Society of Jiangsu Province,Jiangsu situational education research institute,deputy director who represented Li Jilin to attend the meeting,made a wonderful speech respectively. They combined their own growth process,focusing on the education reform,teachers’ professional development and other hot issues,through exchange,dialogue,interactive way,to provide a feast of the spirit. Zhenjiang humanitarian landscape provides support for the three educators’ growth. Their educational thoughts and practice also have a far-reaching effect on the generations of educators of their hometown and the education in Zhenjiang.
