助剂对皮草染色废水臭氧脱色处理效果的影响

【摘要】 臭氧氧化对单纯皮草染料脱色效果良好,但加入助剂后,臭氧氧化脱色效果及CODCr去除率不好,水质回用效果差.为了研究助剂对皮草废水臭氧脱色处理效果的影响,实验针对桐乡市某皮草公司染料配方中的助剂进行研究.结果表明:在pH为9,曝气10min,臭氧循环投加总量为220mg/L的工艺条件下,加脂剂、匀染剂和甲酸三种助剂对臭氧氧化脱色的抑制作用依次减弱,且加脂剂、匀染剂是高CODCr的主要原因.实验最后采用臭氧-絮凝脱色组合工艺后,皮草模拟废水的色度、CODCr均能达到回用要求.

【Abstract】 Ozonation on the simple fur dyeing wastewater is good,while the efficiency of the decolorization of the fur dyeing with a mixture of auxiliaries is diminished as well as the removal of CODCr.The auxiliaries in the dye recipe for a fur company in Tongxiang County were studied to learn the effects of auxiliaries on the decolorization treatment of the fur dyeing wastewater by ozonation.Under the conditions of pH at 9,aeration 10 min,the total amount of ozone dosing cycle 220mg/L,the result showed that auxiliaries of greasing agent,leveling agent and formic have an inhibitory effect for the decolorization by ozonation,and the inhibitory effect are sequentially weakened in the order of greasing agent,leveling agent and formic.Meanwhile,the high CODCrare mainly caused by the greasing agent and the leveling agent.The wastewater of fur dyeing treated by the ozone-coagulation oxidationhas finally achieved the requirements of water reuse in either chroma or CODCr.
