【摘要】 穴位配伍是影响针灸临床疗效的重要因素,多年来经国内外研究者不懈努力,对穴位配伍的研究已取得许多成绩,对此做简要回顾和展望。首先回顾了主要的针灸经典医籍的穴位配伍特点,而后简述某些临床疾病的取穴配穴规律研究,进而重点阐述穴位配伍的方式、作用属性、可能效应和机制的研究进展,并对进一步深入研究提出思考和展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acupoint combination is an important factor influencing the clinical curative effect of acupuncture and moxibustion. In recent years, researchers at home and abroad have made many achievements in acupoint combination. This article made a brief review and outlook on the present research. Firstly, the characteristics of acupoint combination in the classic acupuncture books were reviewed. Secondly, the rule of acupoint combination in some clinical diseases was introduced. Then the recent development of the combination style, the properties and functions of different acupoints in acupoint combination are reviewed. Finally, some views and suggestions were put forward for future research.更多还原
