【摘要】 目的探讨消癌平注射液联合多西他赛和卡铂治疗晚期肺腺癌的临床疗效。方法选择2012年10月~2015年6月我院收治的晚期肺腺癌患者65例,将患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,研究组33例,采用消癌平注射液联合多西他赛及卡铂治疗,对照组32例,采用多西他赛和卡铂治疗,治疗两个周期后比较两组患者的临床疗效、生活质量、不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,生活质量改善患者所占比例明显高于对照组,生活质量下降患者所占比例明显低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论消癌平注射液联合多西他赛和卡铂治疗晚期肺腺癌可提高临床疗效,使患者的生活质量有明显改善,且可降低不良反应发生率,安全性更高,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of the patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated with Xiaoaiping injection combined with docetaxel and carboplatin. Methods 65 cases of advanced lung cancer were selected from Oct 2012 to Jun 2015 in our hospital, all the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,there were 33 cases in the study group, the patients were treated with Xiaoaiping injection combined with docetaxel and carboplatin, 32 cases of the patients were treated with docetaxel and carboplatin in the control group, the clinical efficacy, quality of life, adverse events of two groups after two cycles treatment were compared. Results The total efficiency and improved proportion of patients in quality of life of the study group were significantly higher than the control group, declined proportion of patients in quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Efficacy of the patients with advanced lung adenocarcinoma treated with Xiaoaiping injection combined with docetaxel and carboplatin is good, the life quality of patients can be significantly improved, it can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and have higher security.更多还原
