【摘要】 目的探讨国产内镜吻合器在直肠癌微创手术患者中的效果。方法 2010年1月至2015年1月收治的直肠癌患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为国产吻合器组和进口吻合器组,每组30例。均采用腹腔镜辅助直肠癌切除(Dixon)术治疗,应用SPSS 20.0对所有资料进行统计分析,吻合成功率、吻合口漏、吻合口出血、吻合口狭窄的发生率和术后6个月控便能力采用χ~2检验;术中出血量、手术时间、治疗费用采用均数±标准差表示,并行t检验。以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、吻合成功率并发症发生率和术后6个月控便能力比较,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.310、0.908、0.673、0.209;P>0.05)。国产吻合器组和进口吻合器组内镜吻合器的平均费用分别为(6 204.36±720.54)元和(8 025.58±628.45)元,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.311,P<0.05)。结论国产的通用内镜直线切割吻合器用于腹腔镜直肠癌根治术,具有与进口产品相当的效果,但内镜吻合器的平均费用较低,有助于腹腔镜在直肠癌根治术中的推广应用,值得临床推荐。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of domestic endoscopic stapling in minimally invasive surgery for rectal cancer. Methods Sixty patients with rectal cancer were divided into an observation group and a control group,30 patients in each group. All patients were treated with laparoscope-assisted radical resection for rectal carcinoma. Patients in the observation group underwent endoscopic stapling produced by Kang Di Technology for Health and those in the control group underwent endoscopic stapling produced by Johnson and Johnson. SPSS version 20. 0 was used to analyze the operation time,bleeding amount,treatment cost,and success rate of anastomosis. Bleeding,leakage and stricture occurrence of anastomotic stoma and bowel control were recorded after treatment for 6 months. P < 0. 05 was considered statistically significant.Results There was no significant difference in operation time,bleeding amount,and anastomosis success rate,anastomotic stoma bleeding,anastomotic stoma leakage,anastomotic stoma stricture occurrence rate and bowel control after treatment for 6 months between the two groups( χ~2= 1. 310、0. 908、0. 673、0. 209; P >0. 05).
