【摘要】 [目的]分析嘉善县1988~2012年胰腺癌发病特征及变化趋势。[方法]对嘉善县肿瘤登记处1988~2012年期间胰腺癌发病资料进行统计分析,计算粗发病率、世界人口标化率等指标。[结果]1988~2012年嘉善县胰腺癌发病934例,占全部癌症发病的3.84%,在癌症发病构成中居第7位,粗发病率为9.89/10万,世界标化率为6.56/10万,35~64岁截缩率为9.63/10万,0~64岁累积率为0.34%,0~74岁累积率为0.77%,胰腺癌粗发病率的PC和APC分别为422.27%和8.58%,世标率的PC和APC分别为168.19%和5.24%。男女性发病世标率分别为7.78/10万和5.39/10万,性别比为1.44∶1。发病年龄在45~79岁年龄组占84.7%。[结论 ]嘉善县胰腺癌发病率以年平均8.58%的速度上升,男性多于女性,发病年龄呈向高年龄组发展趋势,应该重视对胰腺癌的防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To analyze the characteristics and trend of pancreatic cancer incidence in jiashan from 1988 to 2012. [Methods] On basis of data from Jiashan Cancer Registry,statistical analysis was conducted to calculate cancer crude incidence,and age-standardized incidence rates by world standard population.[Results] From 1988 to 2012,the total new cases with pancreatic cancer were934,which accounted for 3.84% of total cancers,and ranked the seventh in the incidence of cancer. The crude incidence was 9.89/105,age-standardized incidence rates by world standard population were 6.56/105,the truncated incidence rate in 35~64 years old was 9.63/105,cumulative incidence rate of 0~64 years old and 0~74 years old were 0.34% and 0.77% respectively. PC and APC of crude incidence of pancreatic cancer were 422.27% and 8.58% respectively,and the PC and APC of age-standardized incidence rates by world standard population were 168.19% and 5.24%. Age-standardized incidence rates by world standard population were 7.78/105 in male and 5.39/105 in female,with the sex ratio of 1.44 ∶1,and the incidence rate of 45 to 79 years old accounted for 84.7%. [Conclusion] The incidence of pancreatic cancer in Jiashan has increased by an average of 8.58% per year,with more male than female. The trend of incidence age is getting older. Attention should be paid to the prevention and treatment for pancreatic cancer.更多还原
