【摘要】 目的了解某中医药院校低年级护理本科生评判性思维能力水平。方法采用一般情况调查表和评判性思维能力量表对某中医院校1~2年级350名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生的评判性思维能力得分为(264.94±31.37)分,担任学生干部(t=2.167,P=0.031)、不排斥护理职业(t=2.142,P=0.033)、愿意从事护理工作(t=2.364,P=0.019)的学生评判性思维能力得分高于其他学生。结论低年级护理本科生评判性思维能力处于中等偏下水平,亟待加强。学生个人要积极挑战自我,客观评判,提高护理专业认同感;中医院校护理管理者和教育者也应加强职业教育及引导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the level of critical thinking among junior undergraduate nursing students in the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) college. Methods Totally 350 junior undergraduate nursing students in a TCM college were investigated using ageneral information questionnaire and the Critical Thinking Disposition InventoryChinese Version(CTDI-CV). Results The total score of critical thinking among junior undergraduate nursing students was(264.94±31.37). Students who took charge of some leader position(t=2.167,P=0.031),didn’t reject nursing career(t=2.142,P=0.033) or willing to engage in nursing work(t=2.364,P=0.019) showed higher level of critical thinking.Conclusion The critical thinking of junior undergraduate nursing students is at moderate to low level. Nursing students should challenge themselves actively and think critically to improve professional identity. Nursing administra-tors and educators in TCM colleges should make effforts to strengthen students’ vocational education and guidance.更多还原
