【摘要】 目的探讨抢救案例分享在急救护理质量持续改进中的作用。方法从2013年1月开始,每周进行抢救案例分享1次,每季度进行集中讨论与总结,提出改进措施与方案。比较实施抢救案例分享前后的急诊患者分诊准确率、危重患者抢救成功率、危重患者转运缺陷率及抢救单元物品缺失率等急救护理质量指标。结果实施后急诊患者分诊准确率(χ2=226.785,P<0.001)、危重患者抢救成功率(χ2=152.359,P<0.001)、危重患者转运缺陷率(χ2=1166.209,P<0.001)和抢救单元物品缺失率(χ2=471.344,P<0.001)均优于实施前。结论实施抢救案例分享提升了护士自主管理意识、质量意识和急救思维能力,有效控制了环节质量,提高了护理工作质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of rescue case sharing in the continuous quality improvement of emergency nursing. Methods Rescue case sharing activity was held once a week from January 2013. The case discussion and summary activity was held quarterly. The emergency triage accuracy rate,the survival rate of critically ill patients,the defect rate in transport of critically ill patients and the miss rate of rescue items were compared before and after the implementation of rescue care sharing. Results After implementation of rescue care sharing,the emergency triage accuracy rate( χ2=226.785,P<0.001) and the survival rate of critically ill patients( χ2=152.359,P<0.001)increased significantly,while the defect rate in transport of critically ill patients( χ2=1166.209,P<0.001) and the miss rate of rescue items(χ2=471.344,P<0.001) decreased significantly. Conclusion The implementation of rescue case sharing can raise nurses’ awareness of self-management,quality consciousness and emergency thinking ability,ensure the effective implementation of process quality,and improve the quality of nursing care.更多还原
