【摘要】 目的评价双柏散联合地塞米松对铂类化疗药物外渗的治疗效果。方法将60例铂类化疗药物外渗的患者分为两组,30例采用双柏散联合地塞米松外敷(试验组),30例采用多磺酸黏多糖软膏外涂(对照组),比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组治疗效果优于对照组(Z=2.625,P=0.009),试验组治疗后肿胀消退时间(15.45±9.53)h短于对照组(29.61±8.03)h(t=6.732,P<0.001)。结论双柏散联合地塞米松治疗铂类化疗药物外渗疗效优于多磺酸黏多糖软膏,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of wet compress with Shuangbai powder and dexamethasone in the treatment of platinum based chemotherapy drug extravasation. Methods Sixty patients with extravasation of platinum based chemotherapy drugs were divided into two groups. Shuangbai powder and dexamethasone wet compress was applied in the experimental group,while mucopolysaccharide polysulfate ointment was used in the control group. Results The curative effect in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(Z=2.625,P =0.009); the swelling time in the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(15.45 h versus 29.61 h,t=6.732,P<0.001). Conclusion The efficacy of wet compress with Shuangbai powder and dexamethasone is better than mucopolysaccharide polysulfate ointment in the treatment of platinum based chemotherapy drug extravasation.
