【摘要】 目的探讨院校联合办学在护理高职实训教学中的应用方法和效果。方法在高职教育的第2学年增设临床优质病房见习课程,每周7学时,共计增加174学时;筛选出护理专业技术综合训练中的20项实训项目,在病房进行实际操作完成考核。结果试验组学生理论考核成绩与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);临床带教教师对试验组学生观察分析、解决问题和人际沟通能力的评价高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论院校联合办学可以充分发挥教学医院的临床资源,有助于高职护理人才的临床实践技能的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the application method and effects of joint teaching between colleges and hospitals in the practical training of higher vocational nursing students. Methods The second-year higher vocational nursing students practiced in high-quality care wards for 174 academic hours,7 hours a week. Totally 20 items of practical nursing skills were selected to be the training and examination content. Results This practice significantly improved the students’ practical test score(P<0.05),as well as clinical teachers’ evaluation on the students’ illness observation and analysis ability,problem-solving ability and communication skills(P<0.01).Conclusion The joint teaching between colleges and hospitals can make full use of clinical resources in teaching hospitals and help cultivate practical skills of higher vocational nursing students.更多还原
