【摘要】 目的保障危重、候诊期间患者的安全性,杜绝漏诊。方法通过分诊标准体系与信息技术相结合的软件设计,并在软件中融入实时监控患者的理念,开发了一套适合我国国情的智能化急诊分诊标准信息系统(简称分诊信息系统)。结果 2012年和2014年急诊诊间不良事件发生例分别为9例和0例。结论分诊信息系统统一分诊标准,可以提高护士工作效率、保障患者安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To follow "The Standard Procedure of Hospital Emergency Department" issued by Ministry Health in order to make sure the triage nurse can use the objective,quantitative and comprehensive classification criteria to support the patients with high quality service of homogeneity and continuity and can ensure the safety of critically ill or waiting patients and prevent misdiagnosis.Methods To explore and design a set of intelligent emergency triage standard information system with the concept of real-time patients monitoring.Results There were 9 and0 adverse events respectively occurred in 2012 and 2014.Conclusion The intelligent emergency triage information system standardizes triage criteria,and can improve nurses’ working efficiency and guarantee patients’ safety.更多还原
