【摘要】 目的:调查乳腺癌患者中医体质分布情况,分析乳腺癌发病与中医体质类型的相关性及各种中医体质类型与乳腺癌TNM分期、分子分型的关系.方法:用描述性流行病学的横断面调查,对360例乳腺癌患者进行中医体质类型判定,并对中医体质类型和TNM分期、分子分型进行相关性分析.结果:360例乳腺癌患者中,气郁质比例最大;Ⅰ期患者气郁、血瘀、痰湿质等实性体质所占比例较大,Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者阳虚、气虚质等虚性体质所占比例较大;不同分子分型中,Luminal A型以气郁质为主,Luminal B型以血瘀质为主,HER-2过表达型以气虚、阳虚质为主;三阴性则以阳虚、血瘀质为主,不同分子分型的中医体质构成比有差异.结论:乳腺癌的易患中医体质类型为气郁质;不同临床分期患者的中医体质分布具有差异性,说明中医体质对乳腺癌病程的发展有一定影响;不同分子分型患者的中医体质分布有明显不同,提示体质可作为预后判断及中医治疗的参考.更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To study the distribution of Traditional Chinese Medical constitution types of patients with breast cancer and to analyze the relations between TCM constitution types and breast cancer TNM-staging, molecular subtypes. METHODS:A cross-sectional survey of 360 patients with breast cancer was conducted to determine the type of TCM constitution,and to analyze the correlation between TCM constitution types and TNM stages,as well as molecular subtypes. RESULTS: The precentage of Qi-stagnation constitution was the largest. The constitution types of solid physique such as Qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm dampness were higher in Stage Ⅰ breast cancer patients.The constitution types of the deficiency constitution like Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency were more common in Stage Ⅲ- Ⅳ.The constitution type of Qi stagnation was the main component in Luminal A,and blood stasis was the main in Luminal B. Her-2-over expressing subtype was given priority to with consititution types of Qi stagnation and yang deficiency,and the triple negative breast cancer was given priority to with yang deficiency and blood stasis. The constituent ratio of TCM constitution types in different molecular subtype groups was significantly different( P < 0. 05).CONCLUSION: The main TCM constitution type of breast cancer patients is Qi stagnation. The ratio of constitution type was significantly different among different TNM-staging which may account for TCM constitution types have an effect on the clinical course of breast cancer. The ratio of constitution types was significantly different among different molecular subtypes which may be valuable in predicting prognosis and making Chinese Traditional treatment of breast cancer.更多还原
