【摘要】 针对纸机横向定量控制系统,对其中存在的定量数据获取及控制输出数据的传送问题进行了分析,以VB软件作为工具开发上位机软件,基于OPC技术实现了与纵向定量控制系统之间的数据交换,并基于开放系统互联简化模型自定义通信协议,利用RS485串行接口通信实现了与执行机构之间的数据交换,从而对稀释水阀开度进行调节,实现对纸张横向定量的自动控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aimed at the paper machine cross directional basis weight control system,the problems of obtaining basis weight data and controlling output data transmission were analyzed. The host computer software was designed by using Visual Basic software as the development tool.The data exchange between machine direction control system and cross direction control system was realized by using OPC,and the data transmission to actuators was realized by using RS485 serial port communication with custom protocol based on reduced open system interconnection model,thus the opening of dilution water valves could be tuned.
