【摘要】 目的探讨改善糖尿病合并肿瘤患者治疗依从性的护理方法。方法选取2013年2月至2014年10月间收治的糖尿病合并肿瘤患者100例,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组患者在常规护理和治疗的基础上增加用药依从性护理干预,对照组患者给予常规护理和治疗,经过3个月护理干预后,评价两组患者的依从性和血糖水平改善情况。结果干预前,观察组与对照组用药依从性优良率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,观察组与对照组用药依从性优良率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后优良率明显高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组干预前、后比较,优良率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理干预3个月后,观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论有效的用药依从性护理干预,可显著提高糖尿病合并肿瘤患者的治疗依从性,并提升其血糖控制水平,效果可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the nursing method improved medication compliance of diabetes and cancer patients. Methods From February 2013 to October 2013,100 diabetes and cancer patients were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50 cases in each group. The observation group was given conventional nursing care and treatment and medication compliance nursing intervention,while the control group was given conventional nursing care and treatment. After3 mo of nursing intervention,compliance and blood glucose level in two groups were compared. Results Before the intervention,medication adherence in two groups had no difference( P > 0. 05). After the intervention,medication adherence in two groups had significant difference( P < 0. 05). Medication adherence in the observation group after the intervention was higher than before( P < 0. 05); Medication adherence in the control group before and after the intervention had no difference( P > 0. 05). After the nursing intervention for 3 mo,fasting glucose level,2 h postprandial blood glucose level and hemoglobin A1c( Hb A1c) level of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant difference( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention on the compliance can significantly improve the treatment compliance of diabetic patients with tumors,and increase the level of glycemic control level,and the effect is reliable.更多还原
