【摘要】 目的探讨光动力联合替吉奥治疗老年胃癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选择2013年1月至2014年10月间淄博市第四人民医院诊治的64例老年胃癌患者,根据随机数字法分为对照组(光动力)和观察组(光动力联合替吉奥),每组各32例。根据实体瘤疗效评价标准评定两组患者治疗后的临床疗效,根据国际肿瘤化疗药物不良反应评价系统标准评定两组患者治疗期间的不良反应。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显提高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论光动力联合替吉奥治疗老年胃癌的疗效显著,并且不良反应少,患者能够较好地耐受,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of photodynamic therapy combined with S-1 for elderly patients with gastric cancer. Methods The 64 elderly patients with gastric cancer in The Fourth People’s Hospital of Zibo City during the period from January 2013 to October 2014 were randomized into the control group( photodynamic therapy) and the observation group( photodynamic therapy combined with S-1) according to the random number method,and 32 patients per group. The clinical efficacy was evaluated according to the response evaluation criteria in solid tumors( RECIST) and the adverse reactions during the therapy period was evaluated in the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was significantly increased in the observation group( P < 0. 05); Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups has no statistical significance( P >0. 05). Conclusions Therapy efficacy of photodynamic therapy combined with S-1 for elderly patients with gastric cancer has less adverse reactions and better patients’ tolerance,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
