颈椎旋转手法对兔早期颈动脉粥样硬化血管内膜超微结构的影响

【摘要】 目的:研究颈椎旋转手法对兔早期颈动脉粥样硬化血管内膜超微结构的影响,为颈椎旋转手法的安全性提供依据。方法:20只雄性新西兰兔随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各10只,两组均饲高脂饮食12周建立动脉粥样硬化动物模型。12周后对实验组兔行颈椎旋转手法,每日左右各旋转1次,共4周;对照组不作手法处理。手法结束后处死2组兔,取双侧颈动脉,用2.5%的戊二醛固定,扫描电镜观察并拍照。结果:实验组与对照组兔颈动脉符合早期动脉粥样硬化病变特点,两组间无显著性差异。结论:颈椎旋转手法对兔早期颈动脉粥样硬化血管内膜超微结构无明显影响,此手法可安全应用于有早期动脉粥样硬化病史的患者。

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effects of cervical rotatory manipulation on endothelium ultrastructure of early atherosclerotic carotid artery in rabbits,so as to provide references for the security of such manipulation.Methods:Twenty male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into control group(n=10)and experimental group(n=10),then they were all fed with high-cholesterol diet for 12 weeks.After 12 weeks,the rabbits in experimental group were applied with cervical rotatory manipulation(rotating on each side once a day during a total of 4weeks),while no manipulation was applied in rabbits from control group.Then the rabbits of both groups were executed for getting the bilateral carotid arteries,which were fixed with 2.5% glutaraldehyde and were observed and taken pictures with scanning electron microscope.Results:Carotid arteries met the symptoms of early atherosclerotic lesions,and no difference was shown between model group and experimental group.Conclusions:There is no obvious effects of cervical rotatory manipulation on endothelium ultrastructure of early atherosclerotic carotid artery in rabbits,and this manipulation can be safely used in patients with early atherosclerotic.
