【摘要】 目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐与低分子肝素钙预防下肢骨折患者围手术期下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例患者按1∶1比例随机纳入治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予丹参多酚酸盐,对照组用低分子肝素钙。两组均使用10d,对前后患者DVT发生率、凝血功能、相关临床症状评分等指标进行研究。结果:两组患者术后DVT发生率的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者术后第10天与术后第1天的的相关临床表现评分比较均降低,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗组与对照组第10天与术后第1天的该评分的差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的血浆凝血酶时间(TT)与手术前比较延长(P<0.05);活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)与手术前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:丹参多酚酸盐较低分子肝素钙在改善下肢骨折术后肢体的临床表现(如肿胀程度、沉重感、肢围差的改善等)方面有一定的优势,更有利于患者术后的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of salvianolate with low molecular heparin calcium to prevent perioperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with lower limb fracture.Methods:60patients met the inclusion criteria were randomized into the treatment group and the control group with a 1:1ratio.The treatment group received salvianolate and the control group underwent low molecular heparin calcium needle.Both groups were treated for 10 days.Prevention of the incidence of DVT before and after treatment,coagulation,clinical symptom scores were used as factors in this study.Results:The postoperative incidence of DVT has no difference between the 2groups(P>0.05).The clinical manifestations scores 10 days after surgery were lower than that the first day after surgery in two groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference between the 2groups(P<0.05).TT was longer than preoperative in both groups(P<0.05).APTT and PT showed no difference compared with those preoperative(P>0.05).Conclusion:Salvianolate has certain advantages than the low molecular heparin calcium in improving lower limb fracture clinical manifestations such as swelling,heaviness,improvement of limb circumference.It is more conducive to postoperative recovery.更多还原
