【摘要】 目的:介绍超说明书用药在英国的应用。方法:研究英国超说明书用药在处方权限、用药规程、信息依据以及企业规范等领域的相关规定。结果:英国对超说明书用药有比较成熟的规范,对我国有所启示。结论:我国应制定超说明书用药的有关规范,对用药的科学依据、患者的知情同意以及信息的发布等进行规定。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To introduce off-label drug use in United Kingdom(UK).METHODS The off-label drug use was analyzed in several fields in UK in the aspects of prescription authority,standards of off-label use,basis of information and enterprise rules.RESULTS Mature specifications on off-label drug use have been established in UK,which can be used as references for our country.CONCLUSION We should establish specifications for off-label drug use in scientific basis,informed consent of patients and information publication in China.更多还原
