【摘要】 目的:建立泽漆药材FTIR的鉴别分析方法。方法:对不同产地泽漆的不同部位进行红外光谱指纹鉴别,进行相似度计算和分析。结果:不同产地泽漆的不同部位红外吸收峰的峰数、峰位、峰形,峰强都存在一定的差异,但不显著。结论:首次运用傅里叶变换红外光谱技术对不同产地泽漆进行了快速分析,泽漆粉末的红外指纹光谱鉴定法可用于泽漆药材的鉴别,并为甘肃地区产泽漆的合理开发利用提供了依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the identification and analysis method for FTIR of Euphorbia helioscopia L.METHODS FTIR of different parts of Euphorbia helioscopia L.from different habitats were analyzed,and the similarity of different fingerprints was calculated and analyzed.RESULTS FTIR of medical parts of Euphorbia helioscopia L.from different habitats were slightly different in number,position,form and intensity of peaks,but not significant.CONCLUSION FTIR technique is applied to rapid analysis of Euphorbia helioscopia L.from different habitats for the first time.The method can be used for identifications of Euphorbia helioscopia L.,and provides a foundation for reasonable development of Euphorbia helioscopia L.in Gansu province.更多还原
