【Abstract】 Medical quality is the eternal subject of common concern of hospital around the world. It is fundamental to the survival and development of hospital. By strict medical quality management practice, including persistent quality control institution, seasonal death-case discussion, PDCA circle of quality, quality evidence tracking method and annual "medical safety warning week", significant achievements have been made in medical quality, including obvious reduction in unintended re-operation rate, medical disputes, and medical reparation amount in Wuxi the 2nd hospital.更多还原
