【Abstract】 By implementation hierarchical medical system and dual referral policy, the nurse demand in large hospital will be turned more on specialist nursing and critical and complicated cases. Besides, the nursing on common disease, recurring disease and chronic disease patients will move to primary hospitals. In order to facilitate the development of nursing and implementation of hierarchical medical system, hospitals should launch nursing rotating training, construct nursing cooperation between superior and subordinate hospitals, develop extended service and amend the performance evaluation mechanism and nursing educational patterns.更多还原
