【摘要】 目的:本研究拟探索辅助骨科医师医疗工作的新模式,为节约人力资源成本提供依据。方法:采用对照研究,其中试验组和对照组分别为31名和41名来自三级以上医院的骨科临床医生。干预措施是在试验组应用医学秘书制辅助医生工作。结果:试验组医生每周用于日常事务性工作的时间明显少于对照组;试验组医生的自觉工作效率提高了;医师满意医学秘书对其工作的辅助。结论:实行医学秘书制有助于骨科医生从事直接的专业工作,在骨科实行医学秘书制是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To explore a new mode to assist orthopedic surgeons’ medical work, providing evidence for saving human resources costs. Methods: A comparative study in which the experimental group and the control group were 31 and 41 orthopedic surgeons who came from tertiary hospitals were implemented. The intervention was employing medical secretaries to assist orthopedic surgeons’ medical work. Results: Hours that the surgeons used to deal with non-professional work were shorter in experimental group than in control group; conscious efficiency in experimental group was increased; the surgeons were satisfied with the assistance from medical secretaries. Conclusion: The implementation of the new approach—employing medical secretaries to help orthopedic surgeons, contributed to increase direct professional hours of surgeons. The application of the assist system in orthopedic department is feasible.更多还原
