【摘要】 目的:为公立医院选择医疗就诊卡付费模式提供参考。方法:采用文献复习法和定性系统评价方法,归纳医疗就诊卡的典型付费模式、主要评价内容及代表医院。以定性系统评价结果为基础,采用德尔菲法建立医疗就诊卡付费模式评价指标体系。运用评价指标体系,采用实地调查法对代表医院医疗就诊卡付费模式进行对比评价。结果:归纳出5种典型的付费模式,建立起评价指标体系,比较后发现各模式均存在一定的优劣点,其适用环境也存在较大差异。结论:公立医院应因势选择医疗就诊卡付费模式并进一步予以简化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To provide reference for hospital card payment mode in public hospital. Methods: Typical payment modes of hospitalcard, the main evaluation contents and typical hospitals were extracted by the method of literature-review and qualitative Systematic-assessment. On the basis of qualitative systematic assessment, the evaluation index system of payment modes of hospital-card was established by Delphi method. By applying the evaluation index system combined with field method, typical payment modes of hospital-card were compared and evaluated. Results: Five typical modes were extracted and the evaluation index system was established. After comparison, it showed that each mode had its advantages and disadvantages and had significant differences in payment environment. Conclusions: Public hospitals should select an appropriate payment mode of hospital-card according to their own situation, and further simplify it.更多还原
