【摘要】 北京市医疗纠纷人民调解委员会从2011年5月31日至2014年8月25日共调解结案5445件医疗纠纷。5445件医疗纠纷中:急险约占3.5%,手术操作过失占比约为15.6%,围手术期处理缺陷占6.7%,告知缺陷占3.1%,误诊误治、漏诊、诊断错误整体共占11.3%,非临床医疗纠纷(包括病历书写、管理缺陷、仪器设备缺陷、违规执业)占比2.83%。对5445件调解结案的医疗纠纷进行大样本分析,利于合理认知我国医疗纠纷现状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Beijing Medical Dispute Mediation Center has mediated and closed 5445 medical claims during the period of May 31, 2011 and Aug25, 2014. Among 5445 cases of medical dispute, the emergency insurance accounts for 3.5%, surgery malpractice 15.6%, peri-operative period treatment defects 6.7%, disclosure defects 3.1%, misdiagnosis and mistreatment 11.3% as a whole, and non-clinical medical malpractice(including medical record writing, management defects, instrument and equipment defects, irregular practice) 2.3%.
